Not your ordinary hot dog

Luke and his brother, Mike, and sister-in-law, Shelley, decided we needed to get together and get creative with some hot dogs and each come up with six outside the box hot dogs. And this is what we came up with. We had a great time whipping these up and even more fun eating them.

The "Enfuego" Dog, a.k.a. the Jalapeno Popper Dog, by Luke and myself

This one was one of my favorites, I LOVE jalapenos!

I forgot the name of this one but it had smoked cheddar, grilled onions, and spicy sweet mustard, quite delicious, by Mike and Shelley

The "Eggs Benedict" Dog, by Luke and myself

Before the Hollandaise sauce:

Spreading the yolk out to share the love:

Yummmmmm:

With the Hollandaise sauce:

The Mike Dog, by Mike and Shelley.

Dill pickle, peppers, stone ground mustard, sweet relish, relished onions, and celery salt

The "Hillbilly Dog": Barbeque pulled pork, baked beans, cole slaw, and next time pork cracklins, by Luke and myself.

The "Blue Cheese" Dog by Mike and Shelley

This one was totally my favorite, why people haven't put blue cheese onto a hot dog before is beyond me because its fantastic

The "Cajun" Dog, by Luke and myself

We learned that fish and hot dogs don't really go so well together, but the Cajun flavors definitely do

The "Frito Chili Dog" by Mike and Shelley

The "Philly Cheesesteak Dog" by Luke and myself

Sweet success on this one, Philly cheesesteak is sooooo good

And last but not least the "Ceasar" dog by Mike and Shelley

And Luke and I feeling extremely tired and full after all that excitement and all that food!
